Their one-of-a-kind Chocolate Pinata let’s adults be kids again because this smashable dessert features a tempting hanging ball made of dark chocolate. Once broken, an assortment of homemade mini churros, fresh pineapple and berries tumbles out. The Chocolate Pinanta comes with with raspberry, chocolate and caramel sauces and house-made whipped cream.

Beard Papa's, the popular Osaka, Japan bakery, has introduced Katy families to a fun interpretation on a classic dessert – the cream puff, and they’re made to order.
First, patrons choose the original fresh-baked cream puff shell or one that comes coated with their signature fondant flavor in chocolate, strawberry or green tea. Next, guests select the custard flavor filling. The funky dessert shop also offers warm, gooey chocolate lava cake and mini crème brulee treats.

Baked Alaska features a frozen lemon custard atop a citrus shortbread. A delicate cloud of vanilla bean meringue ensconces the fruity treat and the mountainous dessert gets baked and brought to the dining room for the finishing touch. The server adds Grand Marnier and the dessert is flambed table-side for a marvelous presentation.
