Third Grazia location to open in Cinco Ranch area
Grazia Italian Kitchen has announced they are leasing space at The Villagio Town Center in the former 3 Olives location and will be opening in the Spring of 2018. Villagio Town Center is located at 22764 Westheimer Parkway.
Large restaurant and speakeasy-style bar
The restaurant will open with 7,100 square feet that will seat around 300 guests. Grazia Italian Kitchen offers fresh house-made pastas, wood fired pizzas, and Chef’s grilled selections. It will also include a full bar, private dining and plans to incorporate a Speakeasy nightclub fashioned after their popular Pearland location.
In 2016, Grazia won the Lone Star Entrée Grand Champion, the People's Choice Reserve Grand Champion and the Rookie Award at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo's Roundup and Best Bites Competition for their smoked beef short rib served over pancetta risotto, topped with a cilantro molasses glaze.
Under the direction of Jade Hospitality’s Executive Chef Chris Loftis, the Katy menu will feature some new culinary creations, as well as the same fresh house-made pastas, wood fired pizza, prime steaks, gulf seafood and traditional Italian favorites that guests are familiar with at the Pearland and Clear Lake locations. And, of course their award winning smoked short ribs.
Owner Adrian Hembree says he operates a community-minded company and knows first hand how food brings people together. ”After Hurricane Harvey, the Grazia Pearland and Clear Lake locations were closed to the public, but Hembree and his team opened their kitchens to serve countless first responders and community volunteers in the immediate aftermath. Grazia is a proud supporter of local organizations, school and sports associations, first responders, and countless charitable organizations.
Hembree began his career in the food service industry as a dishwasher in a small Italian restaurant in Brenham, Texas while attending college. He worked his way up the ladder to one of the leaders in the kitchen. Toward the end of college, he began working in food service sales. He worked his way up from Territory Manager, to Trainer, to ultimately the Vice President of Sales for an Italian Food distributor. Hembree then helped develop and brand restaurants for several years before partnering with friends and opening up his first Grazia Italian Kitchen location in Pearland. The Clearlake location was opened in the summer of 2016.
“I am very excited about expanding the Grazia family to Katy,” said Adrian Hembree. “My motto is Grazia = Grace. We have built our business on that very belief. I grew up in the Klein area and opening this location is almost full circle to where I started. Katy has that same small-town family community we love and we can’t wait to be a part of it.”
