CHRISTMAS IN THE PARK

George Ranch Historical Park

Enjoy a journey back in time and experience Christmas from the 1830’s-1930’s. Houses will be decorated to display what life was like in Fort Bend back then. Stories with Santa and Cattle Demos will be held through out the day! There are additional actives offered each weekend for an extra charge. Click for details.

ZOO LIGHTS

Houston Zoo

The Houston Zoo is transformed into a winter wonderland with more than two million lights. Sip hot chocolate as you stroll through the beautiful Houston Zoo grounds and take in the sights and sounds of the season. MAGICAL WINTER LIGHTS Gulf Greyhound Park Through January 2

$13 -$21 (Children under 4 are free)

Take a trip around the world without leaving Houston at this truly whimsical light extravaganza and lantern festival. Themed light displays like "The Lone Star State", "Mystical Forest", "Santa's Village" and "Landmarks of the World" will delight the whole family. KATY OLD FASHIONED CHRISTMAS

Come to Old Town Katy for day full of Holiday fun. Vendors, Beer Tent, Food Trucks, Santa, and a Snow Park. Guareented to be fun for the whole family. Snow arrives at 11 am at Ave C & 2nd Street. For some old fashioned family fun, bring your chairs, blankets and watch "The Polar Express" on the 20 foot big screen with the Fulshear Police and the Fulshear-Simonton Fire Department. There will be a police car, police hummer, police motorcycle and a firetruck on display for the kids. Treats, hot cocoa, popcorn and fun for all.
