Rise and shine for a hearty breakfast or celebrate the weekend with a delicious brunch. Katy's dining scene has exploded with flavorful menus featuring creative egg dishes, tempting French toast combinations, and bubbly mimosas.

Astor Farm to Market offers traditional, to African-inspired, brunch deals.

Diners enjoy Astor Farm to Market's African spin on classic breakfast dishes and their special "Penny Mimosas."


In a little over a month, they will move to a new, larger location and expand their menu to include keto and paleo dishes.

“We just got the building permit and my guys are already moving with the build-up,” says owner and chef, Casey Castro.

Local Table features an extensive brunch menu with egg dishes, wraps, sandwiches and more. Many of their items are vegetarian and gluten-friendly. Plus, they offer Family Brunch Packs on Saturday and Sundays from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. The special menu includes chicken and waffles, migas, and mimosas.

The kids' menu includes bacon and an egg, chocolate chip pancake, and sandwiches that kids love.

This towering breakfast treat stacks four cake donuts, dusted with cinnamon and sugar, served with a warm caramel dipping sauce.

Opened in Katy in 2017, the Toasted Yolk quickly became a breakfast lover's destination. The restaurant offers enticing dishes as well as a full cocktail menu. Their menu includes eggs, French toast, omelets, waffles, and signature items like the Cowboy Scramble (a delicious take on biscuits and gravy with bacon added). The drink menu offers guests several coffee options plus assorted mimosas, Bloody Marys, mojitos, mules, wines, and beers.

Dish Society offers a hot skillet of potatoes and onions, jalapenos, roasted red peppers, with two open range sunny side eggs and house avocado hollandaise.


Located in the heart of LaCenterra, Dish Society delivers locally-sourced selections to the table. With dishes catering to gluten-free and vegetarian diets, their menu features morning pick-me-ups for every palate.


Guests can order everything from shrimp and grits to breakfast tacos to red velvet pancakes, and dine inside or on the patio. Kids meals include Nutella French Toast bites, biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon, and more.


 

LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch


Breakfast: Sunday through Saturday 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Almost too prettty to eat, Snooze serves up a delicious presentation of buttermilk pancakes topped with blueberry coulis, sweet cream and almond streusel, surrounding a lemony cream cheese filling.

Traditional breakfasts get a wake-up call at Snooze. The trendy LaCenterra eatery modernizes the most important meal of the day with a plethora of breakfast offerings, and even welcomes requests for custom creations.  They serve egg dishes, French toast and pancake options as well as breakfast sandwiches.  Their lighter menu includes avocado toast, egg white dishes, oatmeal, and other healthier options.

Black Bear Diner offers a hearty breakfast plate with tender steak, breaded and deep-fried, then smothered in their country gravy, served with two eggs, strip-cut hash browns or potatoes and a biscuit.


Black Bear Diner's generous portions satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. Their menu features all of the traditional breakfast dishes from eggs and meats to pancakes. Their Brunch & Boils menu includes a delicious variety of eggs Benedicts and French toast including Bananas Foster French toast, chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, biscuits and gravy, and more.
