Bring your family out to celebrate Easter during Baskets and Bunnies at Katy City Park. Kids can enjoy bounce houses, animals at the petting zoo and crafts, while they wait to visit and have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny.

A fun-filled family outing awaits at Blessington Farms in Simonton. Participate in egg hunts throughout the day, take photos with the Easter Bunny and play Easter games. The egg hunt costs $3 per child, and each child can collect 10 eggs filled with candy.

Additional Farm Funland activities including hayrides, barrel trains, giant slides, and animal encounters. Patrons can also pick strawberries, feed birds in the aviary and see the Reptile Grotto.

Admission costs $20 per person (24 months and younger are free). Strawberries are $5/pound with no cost to pick. For more information visit Blessington Farms' website.

This brief, hands-on journey is for preschool and children’s families to gain a better understanding of the events that led up to Jesus' sacrifice.

Families can walk together though interactive stations to help better understand the walk Jesus took to the cross.

In a separate Good Friday event, St. Peter's UMC and the Tree of Life Messianic Congregation will come together in a joint service and traditional Seder meal. As Friday, April 20th is Good Friday to Christians it is also Passover on the Jewish Calendar. Space is limited.

The Seder meal costs $20 per person (ages 13 and up), $10 (4 - 12 years old). Children under four are free.
