Dads Play Free with Single Ticket Purchase
Tomorrow, June 16, dads get free admission to Typhoon Texas, with the purchase of at least one single ticket, in honor of Father's Day. Tickets must be purchased at the water park and can not be combined with any other offer. A regular adult ticket purchased at Typhoon Texas costs $44.99.
Giving Back to Katy
This is not the first time that the water park has given back to the community. Recently they were part of the largest swim lesson event and offered free swimming lessons to children.
Katy's Water Park
Typhoon Texas opened Memorial Day weekend in 2016 and spans 25 acres near the Katy Mills Mall. Guests can choose their adventure level from floating leisurely on the 480,000-gallon lazy river, to holding their breath on a seven-story drop on the free fall open-air slide.
Other attractions feature two-person tube riding or a six-person raft that travels down a serpentine path toward a vertical boomerang wall. The Slide Boarding attraction combines video game skills and a water slide.
2019 season passes are currently on sale on the Typhoon Texas website.
