Katy Places Not to Miss Seeing Santa

KATY MAGAZINE NEWS

November 29, 2021

By Natalie Cook Clark

It’s Christmas time Katy and there are plenty of fun opportunities to see Santa right here. Dress the kids in their holiday attire, write those Christmas lists, and there are ways to give back while partaking in these great holiday traditions.

14 Days of Santa Tours

Starting tonight, November 29, 2021, the Katy Fire Department will kick off their annual Santa tour of Katy neighborhoods that they service. Santa will ride and greet neighborhoods from the top of a fire truck.

See Santa and Give Back

Santa’s sleigh will be followed by helper Elves in a marked Katy Fire Department truck that will be collecting donations of non-perishable canned goods to deliver to the local Katy Food Pantry. They will also collect unwrapped toys for the Lions Club and Toys-for-Tots Programs.

Each night Santa will depart the station around 6:15 p.m. and is estimated to be in the scheduled neighborhood around 6:30 p.m. Listen for the sleigh bells and follow the Katy Fire Department’s Facebook page for updates.
