The ongoing pandemic caused many cancelations and delays but today a popular Katy adult event announced that it will resume this year and tickets go on sale today. Katy’s Wildcatter Saloon offers more than live musical events with festivals and other fun events. One of their most popular events is the annual Adult Easter Egg Hunt and this year it will return.

“I wanted to be able to use the park for more activities and this fell perfectly into place,” says owner Justin Whitfield.

Tickets Go On Sale Today

Tickets go on sale today, January 19, at 10:00 a.m. and are expected to sell out quickly. Participants must be 21-years and up and they are $10 per person. Tickets can be purchased online. They will sell out at 200 entries.

The event takes place Sunday, April 17 at 3:00 p.m.

“There will be over $2,000 in cash and prizes,” says Whitfield. “Winning eggs will contain a ticket.”

Over $2K Cash Prizes

Once all eggs have been found, participants can take their tickets to the prize booth to see what they won. The first place is $500.

The event was very popular and sold out quickly in 2018 and 2019.

Over 20 years ago, Justin Whitfield moved to Katy from Dallas. He was lost and didn’t know what he was going to do next. Fast forward to March 2017 when he bought Wildcatter Saloon. Now he brings a wide range of events to Katy to both entertain and benefit the community who welcomed him.

The Wildcatter Saloon offers Katyites a strong event lineup. Visit their website and Facebook page to learn about upcoming events.
