A Katy-based teenage rock band, In The Attic, will play a concert this Spring Break at No Label Brewery. The group recently won the Texas Youth Music Festival in Austin.

In The Attic is a teenage rock band that was formed in 2024 after the members met at Katy’s School of Rock. Last October, they were selected to compete in the Texas Youth Music Festival in Austin and won. They also just recorded a full-length EP at Orb Studios in Austin that is scheduled for release later this month.

What truly sets In The Attic apart is their genuine connection and positive energy. Fans are always commenting on their onstage chemistry, enthusiasm, and strong stage presence — qualities that are rare and so refreshing for young performers to have,” says Wendy Pierson, mother to the band’s drummer Noah. “ I truly believe it's because of their strong friendships with each other.”

The band consists of lead vocalists Charlotte Andrews (15yo) and Olivia Mackenzie (17yo), bassist Vini Lorenz-Vincente (17yo), rhythm guitarist Cole Ortiz (19yo), drummer Noah Pierson (15yo), and lead guitarist Anthony Rodas-Camacho (17yo). Charlotte, Olivia, and Vini attend Obra D.Tompkins High School, Noah studies at Katy High School, Cole is a student at Wharton County Junior College, and Anthony attends The Village School.

In The Attic finds joy in performing and connecting with fans and their community. They view the stage as a vessel to drive the community to celebrate, share what makes us all human, and express themselves through music in an authentic way.

Over the past year, In The Attic has performed at various Katy and Houston venues including White Oak Music Hall, Warehouse Live, La Centerra Central Green, No Label Brewery, Katy Crossing Icehouse, Katy Rice Harvest Festival, and Stable Side, among others. Additionally, the band created and hosted their own music festival, “Future Fest,” earlier this year, bringing together multiple young bands. They are currently planning a second Future Fest this summer at Warehouse Live.

This Sunday, March 15, 2026 In The Attic will perform at No Label Brewery (5351 First Street) from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This show is about welcoming back concert goers and to meet new faces as they celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with live music and community fun.

Their goal is to continue sharing the power of music with the local community and beyond through their original music. Their first original album, Drawn to Headlights, comes out the end of March on all-major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Pandora, and BandCamp.

Following its release, they plan to continue writing music for an original album and playing shows and festivals around Texas and the United States. They believe what they do matters, and they hope to be a voice for youth aiming to be involved in the music industry in the future. They further aim to collaborate with other local musicians and eventually travel around the nation sharing their music.

Drawn to Headlights, will feature three songs with a run-time of thirteen minutes. It was recorded at the renowned Orb Recording Studio in Austin. The EP will be the band’s first public release of original music, and they are excited to share it with the community.

You can follow In The Attic on the social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
