Katy VBS Camps are Summer Traditions for Many
Many Katy churches have opened registration for summer Vacation Bible School Camps. These camps are great summer traditions for many local families. Prices vary, but most churches give discounts to children of parent volunteers.

Katy Churches Seek Volunteers
"No amount of staff can put together a Vacation Bible School without amazing adult and teen volunteers,” says Alyssa Sandlin with St. Peter’s UMC. “Each summer we have a big need for preschool and elementary class leaders.”
Most local churches let volunteers register their children early and at discounted rates.
As Katy families work to plan their summer break, look to local churches that offer vacation bible studies and church camps. Many Katy churches also offer other camps such as music, theater, and more.

For the younger campers The Fellowship offers several one-week camps in June starting on June 8, 2026.
