Katy families will soon have another option for indoor play designed for all ages. Slick City Action Park is the world’s first indoor dry-slide and air court park and it will open early this month in Katy Mills Mall.

Get Excited Katy Families
Katy families should get excited to experience slide attractions such at the “Mega Launch,” “The Dragon,” and the “Cowabunga.” Slick City Action Park, the world’s first indoor dry-slide and air court will open early this month in Katy Mills Mall.
Largest Location Coming to Katy
Slick City Action Park already has locations in Denver and St. Louis. Their largest location will be the location in Katy Mills (5000 Katy Mills Circle.)

The new business will bring 75+ new jobs to the Katy community.
The new location is Texas sized with a whopping 56,000 sq ft of space, featuring 11 dry slides, an acrobat alley (with a zip line, trapeze swing, tumbling air courts), mini go karts and a junior play area with mini slides, soft play areas and a web crawler.
The brand and its attractions were designed for both the young and young at heart to enjoy while creating new shared experiences with friends and family. Slick City will host corporate events and adult nights to appeal to grownups, and birthday parties for all ages; the brand has already been named “Best Place for a Kid’s Birthday Party” in St Louis.
The Katy location will also have special attractions for guests aged three and under with gated areas and seating for parents.
According to Slick City Action Park, the brand was founded in 202 after eight years of research and development work with a professor of tribology (the study of friction) who previously worked onboard NASA space stations. The result of that research is a nearly frictionless slide experience equivalent to a water slide... but without any water.
The new Katy business is set to open early this month.
