Citizen's Complaint Launched Investigation
Following up on a citizen's complaint about Yoko Thai Massage in the 900 block of South Mason Road, deputies conducted an undercover investigation of the licensed massage parlor. Two Females Arrested
The investigation culminated on Tuesday, September 25, with the arrest of Yuying Yuan, 53, on prostitution charges, and Xin Guan, 31, on charges of operating a massage parlor without a license.
