Mark your calendar for fun seasonal events in Katy. There's something for kids of all ages - puppies wearing costumes, antique cars, Oktoberfest, ghost stories, candy, and much more!

1. Friday, October 16

11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

FALL FEST

Back Parking Lot of Midway BBQ

6025 Hwy Blvd.

Stop by to see antique cars, homemade crafts, health care vendors, and enjoy live music. Vendors accept cash only.

 

2. Sunday, October 18

12 p.m.

BINGO BRUNCH

6801 Hwy Blvd.


Get your game on as Battlehops Brewing hosts a BINGO Brunch. The menu features chicken and waffles, beermosas, and micheladas.

 
 

3. Friday, October 23

6 – 9 p.m.

TRUNK OR TREAT


Willy Pezzia PA and Associates Parking Lot

714 South Peek Road

This free event will offer food, fun games, and prizes, and is presented by the Pulse Physician Organization.

4. Friday, October 23

7 – 8:30 p.m.

DRIVE THROUGH TRUNK OR TREAT


23060 Westheimer Pkwy.

Come celebrate the Children’s Lighthouse annual fall festival, with a 2020 twist. Dress up in costume and drive through their FREE Trunk or Treat event, open to the community. 

 

5. Saturday, October 24

6 - 8 p.m.

DRIVE-THRU TRUNK-OR-TREAT



The center will be hosting a Drive Thru Trunk-or-Treat Open to the public. Children will get prepared activities, small toys, treats, and other giveaways while staying inside their car. Ticket sales will go to Bubbles to Wish Foundation to help children in need.

 

6. Saturday, October 24

12 p.m.

OKTOBERFEST

6801 Hwy Blvd.

Battlehops Brewing hosts Oktoberfest in Katy which will feature the last keg of their festbier (or, OPA-Oktoberfest Pale Ale), and two new beers: classic dunkel and gose. Plus, brats and pretzels will be added to the menu!

 

7. Saturday, October 24th

7:30 - 10 p.m.

SPOOKY PARTY


22570 Franz Road

Katy Gymnastics and Sports Performance hosts a Spooky Party for ages 3 and up, with a costume contest, glow dance party, trick or treating, and a (not-so-spooky) haunted maze.

8. Saturday, October 24

3:30 p.m. Costume Contest

HOWLOWEEN PAWTY & CHILI COOK-OFF

5351 1st Street

For their 3rd annual Howloween Pawty, No Label Brewery will host a dog costume contest, raffles, and silent auction items, plus, new this year - a chili cook-off. Prizes will be awarded.

 

9. Saturday, October 24

7 p.m. – Midnight

HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANZA


23333 Taswell Dr.


Westwood Gymnastics is hosting a spooktacular event for girls and boys (members and non-members) ages 3 (potty-trained) and up. Activities will include costume contests, haunted houses, ghost stories, trick or treats, apple bobbing, open gym, and more.

VIRTUAL TODDLER STORYTIME AND HALLOWEEN PARADE

Virtual Event

Little ones are invited to wear their costume and enjoy a spooktastic storytime and songs during the virtual event courtesy of Maud Marks Library.

Kanga’s hosts a Halloween Party complete with a costume contest and candy bags.

 

12. Saturday, October 31

2 - 5 p.m.

TRUNK OR TREAT

American Legion Post 164

22125 Kingsland Blvd.

This Trunk or Treat is open to children under 12 and is sponsored by the West Memorial Friends, American Legion Post 164, American Legion Auxiliary Unit 164, and the West I-10 Volunteer Fire Department.

Volunteers are needed; please call 281 395-3629.
