Mark your calendars, Katy families, for exciting events at Cinco Ranch's LaCenterra. The program lineup for the month of May offers activities for all ages to enjoy - music, movies, fitness programs, delicious food and more!
This month, LaCenterra will play host to free concerts, a movie under the stars, fitness programs and much more. Plus, guests are invited to a delicious event to benefit a local Katy charity. See the list below and make your plans now!
Mondays with Mommy
Monday, May 6th
10:00 – 11:00 am
Mondays with Mommy, presented by Texas Children's Hospital - West Campus returns to LaCenterra. Meet in the courtyard in front of Las Alamedas for a fun program conducted by Wisely Music Learning. Mondays with Mommy provides a fun music session for moms and their little ones to sing, dance and play instruments. The program is ideal for children six and under.
Thursday, May 9th
6:00 – 9:00 pm
The Katy community is invited to Taste of LaCenterra on Thursday, May 9 to benefit Katy's Hope Impacts. The event will feature great food and drinks from LaCenterra restaurants, live musicby Danny Ray and the Acoustic Production, a silent auction and more.
Participating restaurants include: Alamo Drafthouse, Baker St. Pub & Grill, Bar Louie, Dish Society, Fish City Grill, Gelato & Co.,Peli Peli, Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, Sweet Paris, The Cheese Bar , The Rouxpour, The Spice & Tea Exchange, Torchy's Tacos, and Uberrito.
"The Taste of LaCenterra is a wonderful opportunity for the community to come out and have fun while supporting Hope Impacts and finding out what we do to help the chronically and situationally homeless in our community," says Tina Hatcher, Founder and Executive Director for Hope Impacts.
Tickets can be purchased in advance for $25. Children 4-11 years of age are $10. At the event, tickets will be sold for $35. Beer, wine, and cocktails will be available for purchase. All proceeds benefit Hope Impacts.

Movie under the Stars
Thursday, May 16th
6:00 – 10:00 pm
Gather your friends and family to enjoy the Alamo Drafthouse Rolling Roadshow showing of Instant Family (PG-13) in the courtyard between Las Alamedas and Dish Society. Uberrito will be selling food and The Tea and Spice Exchange will be sampling popcorn. For dining under the stars, check out the to-go options from the many LaCenterra restaurants. Plus, adults can purchase their favorite wine or beer to-go from The Cheese Bar or Sweet Paris Creperie to enjoy in the courtyard while watching the movie.
The movie begins at dusk, but there will be vendors including Sephora, Pandora and Toni & Guy as well as fun activities beginning at 6:00 pm. Don't forget your blanket or lawn chair!
Willow Fork Drainage District's (WFDD) Central Green presents FREE events to the public made possible by the WFDD. Picnic and lawn chairs welcome. Please no alcohol, glass, balls or pets. Check out these free concerts:

Stop by LaCenterra’s Farmers Market to support local vendors and artisans. Shoppers can stock up ondelicious items like honey, cheese, fresh eggs, seasonal vegetables and much more.
Be Bold Saturdays
Saturday, May 25
8:30 - 9:30 am
Enjoy a complimentary fitness class with Be Bold Saturdays with Athleta LaCenterra and Camp Gladiator at Heritage Square, the area between Las Alamedas and Dish Society. Participants should arrive 15 minutes early and wear layers. Remember to bring a water bottle, a towel and a yoga mat.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to enter to win an Athleta Shop Card. After the fitness class, stop into Athleta for a Camp Gladiator Be BOLD Shop Party. Light bites and refreshments will be available.
