Authorities Seek Suspects Who Attempted to Kick in Katy Home Door

Two men attempted to kick in the front door of a Katy home. Authorities seek the public’s help in identifying the suspects caught on the resident’s home security footage.


Silverstone Subdivision

A Katy homeowner in the Silverstone subdivision heard a loud noise an evening in May. Her Ring home security camera captured footage of two men trying to kick in her front door. The door was damaged.



Constable Seeks Public Help

Harris County Constable Ted Heap seeks the public help in identifying the two suspects who tried to kick in the door of the Katy home at the 1200 block of Three Forks Drive.


In the video they can be clearly seen attempting to kick in the door and then running away.

Suspect Description

Both suspects are young, 18-25 years of age.


The first one is shirtless, wearing dark pants and white sneakers. The second suspect is wearing a white tank top, light-colored shorts and dark sneakers.


They both have short hair and are wearing a light bandana or shirt as a mask.
