The suspect of the first home burglary in the Cross Creek Ranch area in years has been arrested thanks to the diligent efforts of the Fulshear Police Department.

Home Burglarized in Cross Creek Ranch
Last Monday, February 17, a suspect entered a home in Cross Creek Ranch in the middle of the day. He entered through an unlocked garage door that led into the home. The suspect stole several items including multiple firearms.
First Like Crime in Years
According to the Fulshear Police Department, this is the first crime of this nature in several years. Because of this, the police department worked even quicker to solve the case. The police found several leads and decided not to post the crime on social media to avoid alerting the suspect.
"We knew, as social media has proved in the past, the news would spread quickly through the many Facebook groups within the community," writes Fulshear Police Department on their Facebook page.
Suspect Arrested
On Saturday afternoon, February 22, the Fulshear Police Department arrested Julian White, 24, of Katy. He was charged with a Burglary of a Habitation and his bond was set at $75,000.
Authorities advise residents to use home alarm systems, and remember to always keep all doors locked while away from the home.
