A Katy-area neighborhood became the center for heavy police presence yesterday afternoon in what is being described as a “sealed federal investigation.”

Lakes of Bridgewater is located near Clay Road and Mason Road in the North side of Katy.
Precinct 5 has confirmed that the FBI and U.S. Department of justice are part of the investigation along with ATF, DEA and the U.S. Marshals.
According to neighbors, police presence picked up around 9:30 a.m. when people nearby shared that they heard screaming. Someone described a teenager was escorted out, but then later released.
