“Guests will see the missing man formation honoring those that lost their lives serving our country,” says says Yvonne Arceneaux, Willow Fork Drainage District’s Park Director.
Local Musicians Take the Stage
Local artist Kris Beane will sing the National Anthem followed by short speeches from local veterans including a veteran from WWII.
There will be a brass band and Katy’s own Sam Smith will perform. Smith launched his professional career 7-years-ago on the Central Green Park stage at 14 years of age.
There will also be booths advertising local services and non-profits that serve Veterans.
