Kids have been enjoying the energetic, upbeat happy environment at Katy Gymnastics and Sports Performance camps for many years. On Monday and Tuesday the focus will be cheer and cheer techniques. On Wednesday and Thursday, the focus will be Gymnastics and Tumbling techniques.

Next Level Jiu Jitsu is an award-winning studio where students will learn self-defense, self-discipline, and strength, while getting in some fitness! They offer a safe, outstanding age-appropriate camp for ages 7-13. Owner Ted Stickel holds a 5th degree black belt in Jiu Jitsu, and he and the staff promote a positive, family atmosphere where students advance at their own level.
