The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is releasing surveillance video of a male subject who was observed by loss prevention staff at a local business attempting to video patrons in the dressing room area. On , Tuesday, October 2, 2018, HCSO District 4 patrol deputies responded to a call at the Goodwill located at 2401 N. Fry road.
Loss Prevention personnel made contact with the deputy and advised that a male carrying a backpack was observed videotaping a female while she was inside the dressing room. Surveillance cameras shows the suspect place the backpack underneath the dressing room door, he appears to move it around to get a better angle inside the dressing room. He did this several times. He was also observed taking the cellphone from inside the side pocket of this backpack. Details and Description
The subject is possibly a Hispanic male 5’7 to 5’8 in height and weighing 160to 170Lbs. He has black colored hair and is seen wearing dark frame glasses.
