KTX Games Fitness Competition Returns to No Label Brewing Co.

No Label Brewing Co. and KTX Fit will host their fifth annual Fitness Games event on Saturday, December 7.  Previously known as The Annihilation Games, the KTX Games promises to bring the energy everyone craves in a fitness competition!

KTX’s annual fitness competition returns for another day of limit-testing challenges. The games will run from 7:00am - 3:00pm, Saturday, December 7. The KTX Games is a great competition for every level of competitors. Athletes can compete in divisions for open and scaled teams, 40+, and kids.

 

 

Participants can expect to exercise various muscles and get their heart pumping as they undergo a series of pull-ups, push-ups, box jumps, squats, burpees, rows, deadlifts, thrusters, clean and jerk, shoulder to overhead, and other movements. 

 

There will be kids’ divisions for ages seven to nine and 10 to 12. These games involve no weights, but each movement has been specially selected to provide a challenging and fun experience. 

 

Divisions

  • RX "OPEN" Team (Male/Male) | (Female/Female) | CO-ED (Male/Female)

  • Scaled Team (Male/Male) | (Female/Female) | CO-ED (Male/Female)

  • Masters Team 40+ (Male/Male) | (Female/Female)

  • Kids (7-9) (10-12)

 

Division Requirements 

The movements required do not guarantee they will be used at the event. The weights listed would be the heaviest possible load on any given event, the actual workout weight may be significantly lighter.

 

RX "OPEN"

  • Pull-Ups | Push-Ups | Sit-Ups | Squats | Toes 2 Bar

  • Box Jumps | Jump Overs | Step Ups and all variations (24"/20")

  • Biking | Burpees | Double Unders | Rowing | Running | Sleds

  • Deadlift | Back Squat (225/155)

  • Clean and Jerk, Front Squat, Shoulder to Overhead, Thrusters (135/95)

  • Power Snatch | Overhead Squat (95/65)

MASTERS TEAM 40+ (Male/Male) | (Female/Female)

  • Pull-Ups | Push-Ups | Sit-Ups | Squats | Toes 2 Bar

  • Box Jumps | Jump Overs | Step Ups and all variations (24"/20")

  • Biking | Burpees | Double Unders | Rowing | Running | Sleds

  • Deadlift | Back Squat (225/125)

  • Clean and Jerk | Front Squat | Shoulder to Overhead | Thrusters (115 / 75)

  • Power Snatch | Overhead Squat (95 / 55)

SCALED

  • Partner Assisted Pull-Ups* | Hand Release Push-Ups | Knees Above the Waist
    *At least 1 partner should be able to complete assisted pull - ups with the partner holding only the feet.

  • Box Jumps | Jump Overs | Step Ups and all variations (24"/20")

  • Biking | Burpees | Double Unders | Rowing | Running | Sleds

  • Deadlift | Back Squat (185/125)

  • Clean and Jerk | Front Squat | Shoulder to Overhead | Thrusters (95/65)

  • Power Snatch | Overhead Squat (75/55)

KIDS

  • No weights will be used in the kids divisions. The workouts will be fun, challenging, and always a fan favorite! If a child is unable to complete a movement, KTX Games staff will find a way for them to compete without embarrassment.
