Help Identify Katy Aggravated Robbery Suspect

Harris County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes investigators are asking for the public's help in identifying a man that committed an aggravated robbery at a Shell service station at 535 S. Fry Rd in Katy.

On Tuesday, August, 21, 2108 at around 10:55 p.m., the male subject entered the store and approached the counter. He asked the clerk if they carried a particular brand of cigarillo. As the subject attempted to pay for the item, he pulled a small black colored handgun and demanded all the cash from the drawer. The clerk handed the cash to the male , and he fled from the store

The black male is described as having a dark complexion and being between 18 to 20 years old. He is around 5’8 to 5’10 in height and weighing 160-170 lbs. A medium build with a small afro styled haircut. The subject was wearing a black colored t-shirt with “VANS” written on the front and a black baseball hat. Black colored basketball shorts and black Nike flip flops. Watch the video below.
