Katy ISD Announces Class of 2022 Valedictorians and Salutatorians

As the 2021-2022 academic year quickly comes to an end, Katy ISD announces the valedictorians and salutatorians from their eight high schools with graduating classes. The fastest growing independent school district in Texas gears up for commencement ceremonies later this month.

Graduation Ceremonies Begin May 19
Katy ISD’s spring commencement season kicks off at Legacy Stadium on May 19th.
With the highest GPA this year being an impressive 4.9057, these talented students lead the class of 2022 onward to chase their adventures and dreams. Some to pursue career paths that take them to universities, trade schools, internships across the nation and around the world.

Katy ISD's latest addition, Jordan High School, which opened fall of 2020, will not graduate it's first senior class until next May. Another Katy ISD high school was approved in the 2021 Bond Package. High School #10 is scheduled to welcome students August 2024 at Katy Hockley Road and Longenbaugh.
